In the following years, the business evolved from a craft-based operation to a commercial one, beginning to offer locally sourced furniture, primarily produced in the Brianza area. In 1972, Villa Arredamenti established a more permanent structure and moved to its current location. In much more recent years, the need arose to define and enhance the overall concept, leading to the appointment of Ennio Arosio to renovate the space and create a new exhibition layout that better aligned with the store’s philosophy. All of this contributed to a decisive shift, and above all, to a refinement of the customer base, which has partially changed in line with the showroom’s own evolution. The key strength remains its strong external identity, which provides clear indications of what potential customers can expect to find inside the showroom.
