The Milano Élite mattress is the result of a collaboration between the Vispring Mattress masters and the fine Italian manufacture of Villa Luxury Beds to offer the world market a unique product of its kind. It is in fact a perfect synthesis between the famous models Herald Superb and Regal Superb. It has the single spring and the side seams of the Herald but the padding of the Regal Superb. This basically means better horsehair (South American horsehair mixed with wool) and better quality wool (Shetland wool instead of British). These differences give the mattress a softer, more elastic and more reactive feel. So less weight, but better quality. Hand quilted with iron washers, the edges are padded with protective wool
